The Capitol Mile

The Capitol Mile is an annual, one-mile footrace around the beautiful Wisconsin State Capitol. The 16th running of the Capitol Mile will take place on July 25, 2010. The race has grown to 200 athletes of all ages and abilities.

For USATF members, the Capitol Mile is the Road Mile Championship of the Wisconsin Association of USATF.

 Awards of $500 and $250 given to the schools with the most participants
